Hi Friends! Please read this helpful information before booking your session!

Sessions & pricing includes High Res Digital Images, Professional editing, time & talent of photographer, use of studio props, private online gallery & print release.

ALL SESSIONS are held at my studio, 708 E Southline Rd, Tuscola. 

Session Hours are MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM-3PM!! Weekends are unavailable.

Gallery turn around time is 8 weeks from session date. I take time to edit each and every image. I am a high volume photographer, so it does take time to get the gallery back to you. However, it will most definitely be worth the wait! :)

I do provide a small preview for my clients until your proofing gallery is ready!
 
It's best to book atleast 4-12 weeks out from session date. 

Expecting Mom's are placed on my Expectant Mom's List to assure availability.If baby is already born, please reach out as I may have availability. Newborns are a priority. :)

Maternity sessions are best scheduled for around 28-34 weeks pregnant. - We have a complementary client closet available for use.

Cake Smash sessions are best for when baby is 10.5- 11 months old. Once they start walking it's over, y'all! ;) Just kidding, kinda- but I like to have the photos back by their birthday :) This is your full experience cake smash session experience!!! 

All sessions are delivered via online gallery with print release. 

Retainer fee's are due at booking. Remainder is due the day of session. Retainer must be paid to secure date.

Packages & Collections

Newborn Full Session- $475

This session is for those wanting the full newborn experience with main focus baby and all those cute prop shots, little features & naked posing. (More complex posing which takes time) 

Session Includes: 

  • Immediate Family & Siblings included
  • 2-3 Set Ups including wrapped, nakey & prop shots for baby in addition to family.
  • 25 High Resolution Digital Images
  • Professional editing and proofing gallery
  • 2 Hour in Studio Session
  • Private viewing gallery & print release. 
  • Prep Guide & Styling Questionnaire Form
  • Attire & Props provided for baby. Session is all inclusive. Just show up with baby!

     

VIEW NEWBORN GALLERY

Newborn Petite - $400

 This session’s primary focus is on baby, swaddled and utilizing props from my collection. Perfect for those who just want a few images of baby to capture their features, without the investment of a longer session. 

THIS SESSION IS BABY ONLY AND SWADDLED ONLY.
(No naked posing or chin on hands/ complex posing as that would fall into a FULL session category as those are complex poses and takes time to settle baby)

SESSION INCLUDES:
  • SWADDLED SHOTS ONLY
  • 2-3 prop set-ups with a variety of wraps & accessories
  • 10 High Res digital images 
  • Professional editing and proofing gallery.
  • 1 Hour Session
  • Use of Studio Props & Attire
  • Baby Only

     

Designer Full Cake Smash- $600 (Custom Themed Set)

Themed Background & Custom sets are a great way to celebrate your little first birthday!

Whitney Heredia Photography will provide the entire set up and make each session custom to your vision/baby.

  • 2 Backgrounds. (1 Simple Portrait or Family Portion & Birthday Set)
  • 1 Outfit change
  • Decorated Cake to match the set.
    Simple Smash outfit included.
  • Splash & Bath included at end of session in cute clawfoot tub. BABIES LOVE THIS PART & BATH CLEANUP!!!!!

If there is a specific outfit you would like to include in the set to go along with the theme you are more than welcome. I do provide a very basic dress/romper/tutu for girls or diaper cover/ overalls/ romper for boys to smash the cake in. Matching colors. Not themed base.

$100 RETAINER IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. Remainder is due the day of session.Retainer must be paid to secure date.

The Studio Cake Smash collection is a way to use one of Whitney's Designed Sets while receiving the set at a discounted rate!

By choosing from one of our Studio Collection Backgrounds that we have in inventory, you can save nearly $100! 

*These are decorated/themed/ full of fun look! The background will look similar to the background of choice. Minimal changes/requests can be made per request.

You must choose from a set we have already at the studio to receive this collection and savings discount! 

Session includes:  

  • 1 Hour Session (Portrait & Cake Smash Background)
  • 30 High Res Digital Images 
  • 2 Backgrounds. (1 Simple Portrait or Family Portion & Birthday Set)
  • 1 Outfit change (For baby)
  • White Iced Smash Cake included (Cake Upgrade- Themed or Decorative available for additional $20)

    This session includes a minimal family or a simple portrait segment for baby before the smash background. Whitney will have the sets up and ready to go for whenever you all arrive! You do not need to provide anything for baby except the portrait style outfit!

VIEW STUDIO COLLECTION GALLERY

Simplicity: Cake Smash Session- $400

Baby on a plain white or cream background with a white iced cake or naked cake. 
Can add in a greenery garland. These are plain and minimal.

Session Includes:

-Baby Only
-Solid Background Only (Can include a greenery garland only. Garland can have minimal floral)

-30 Minute Session
-White Iced or Naked Cake 
-Includes before photos & Smash photos on background.

-Splash Bath clean up at end.

- 20 Fully Edited Digital Images

Maternity Session- $450

Whitney Heredia Photography provides an array of Maternity Gowns, backdrops, and fabric tossing for clients to use during their session at no additional cost. What a wonderful time for capturing the true pregnancy bliss. Feel free to ask what sizes and colors are available.

Session Includes

  • Up to 1 Hour Session
  • 25 High Resolution Images
  • Professional Editing
  • 2 Wardrobe Changes 
  • Use of Client Closet & Available Gowns (Different sizes)
  • Studio Only
  • May include Family/SiblingsPost session you will receive a soft proofing gallery where you will select your images of choice!

Additional images may be purchased. Selected images will be professionally edited.

  • 1 Wardrobe Only (No outfit changes- 1 Single Background)
  • 12 Digital Images

VIEW MATERNITY GALLERY

Child Portraits & Milestone Session- $350

This package is for 1 child only and to capture their age & milestone. These sessions are simple with no extravagant set up and minimal props. Capture all their features and keep the main focus on them. 

Session Includes:

  • Up to 45 Min Session
  • 20 Edited Digital Images delivered via online gallery.
  • 2 Backgrounds 
  • 1 Outfit Change
  • Use of Studio Props & Client Closet
  • 2+ Children count as family session.
  • Optional Collection upgrades available. Collections include additional digital images and keepsakes. 

 

Studio Portrait Family Session- $400

This session is for Studio Family Portraits. Siblings or immediate Family. We can capture the simplicity in the studio with those basic portraits using minimal props or a seasonal background set that I may have up. I do keep Family portraits pretty simple with a solid background and main focus the family/ subjects.

Session Includes:

  • Up to 1 Hour Session
  • 30 Edited Digital Images delivered via online gallery
  • 2 Backgrounds (1 With family all together, then 1 for Children/ individual shots)
  • 1 Outfit Change (Children Only)
  • Use of Studio Props & Client Wardrobe
  • Photographer's time & talent
